 I was looking for rental property in Discovery Bay and I found Chris's website. I was unfamiliar with the area and needed someone with knowledge of the area. I sent him a brief message from his site concerning what I was looking for and he returned my message right away. Chris gave me a list of houses that fit my needs and quickly set up an appointment to look at the properties. Chris was puntuctual, professional, and gave us a great feel for the area in and around Discovery Bay. He put our concerns at ease and helped us get the rental property we really wanted.

It was a pleasure doing our real estate transaction with Chris Soukoulis. My husband and I were interested in buying retirement property in Discovery Bay. We came in from Chicago, to look at some homes. We didn't have much time to spend looking. We called on some houses, but, some Realtors didn't get back to us, or didn't really have much information. Not Chris! He answered his phone right away, and even came and drove us around to give a feel for the area. He made us feel at home in Discovery Bay, teaching us the different communities, schools, and activities. When we found our dream house, Chris, made sure the transaction went smooth, from the offer all the way to the closing. Now we can enjoy our retirement in beautiful Discovery Bay!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris on the purchase of our first home in Discovery Bay. Our search there came suddenly and Chris was one of the first realtors that I met. Chris took the time to find out about our family and lifestyle and made us feel very comfortable.
The market was to say the least very crazy and fast paced. It seemed that each time we found a home to look at it was under contract by the time we got back to the office. Chris let us know that this was typical due to the times and the prices of the houses. He never slowed his pace in finding new properties for us to look at.
We finally found the perfect place. From our first time looking at the house up to the time we put in our offer and moved in Chris was always there with us guiding us thru the process. He even found a mover to relocate us from San Jose.
We still see and talk to Chris as he has not only has been our realtor but has become a friend. We will be looking in the near future at a home on fast water and will not hesitate to call Chris to make our 2nd dream home a reality.
